We publish less than most and spend the difference on reporting. Every piece is read by a second editor before it goes out.

We have been working out of Savannah, Georgia since 2007. The team is small and intends to stay that way — it is the only way we know to keep the standard consistent.

Everything starts with a conversation and ends with something written down. We would rather turn work away than take on more than we can do properly, and we will say so early if we think you are better served elsewhere.
